How are most investors buying properties?
The majority of our clients finance. Today (February 2019) the most common terms are: 25% down, 30 year fixed, 5.25% rate. Buying down interest rate is very common.

How much do class A properties cost in Las Vegas?
Today (February 2019) class A single family properties cost between $240,000 and $330,000. Townhomes cost between $200,000-$240,000.
How much cash will I need, including down payment, closing costs, rehab and everything?
Assuming 25% down, 2% closing costs, and a typical rehab of between $5000 - $10,000, the total cash needed is between $70,000 - $90,000.

What is your fee?
All of our services are free to buyers. Also, there is no contract to sign. We believe that if we are not delivering the services you need, you should work with someone else.
